Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Support / Influencer Programs Coordinator to assist with influencer outreach, product seeding, asset briefing, and administrative marketing tasks across two brands. This role focuses on execution and follow-through, supporting influencer programs, ratings and reviews tracking, and creative coordination. The position will start part-time with the opportunity to ramp to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct influencer research and outreach for product seeding programs
  • Track influencer engagement, follow-ups, and deliverables
  • Manage ratings and reviews programs, including tracking submissions and coordinating follow-ups
  • Prepare basic creative asset briefs for designers and content creators
  • Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, campaigns, and results
  • Support administrative marketing tasks across two brands
  • Coordinate timelines and ensure projects move forward efficiently
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting on influencer and review programs

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting influencer marketing or digital marketing programs
  • Strong skills in influencer research, outreach, and relationship tracking
  • Experience managing follow-ups and campaign organization
  • Ability to create basic asset briefs for creatives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
