Key Responsibilities

The Junior Data Analyst will engage in a variety of analytical and operational tasks, including:

Producing weekly KPI dashboards and operational efficiency reports that track sales outcomes and presenter performance.
Examining sales datasets to improve lead allocation, tracking accuracy, and conversion optimization.
Supporting event performance analysis and planning across company-owned locations throughout the United States.
Assisting with the initial segmentation of the company’s national database, laying the groundwork for targeted database marketing strategies.
