About the Project
You’ll be responsible for producing specialized “vibe coding” datasets designed to train AI models on front-end development capabilities such as:
- State management
- Interactivity
- UI accuracy
- Robustness and edge-case handling
Projects may include a variety of engaging client-side experiences, such as:
- Interactive web applications
- Browser-based games
- Visualizations and simulations
- Front-end tools and utilities
Key Responsibilities
As a FrontEnd Software Engineer, your work will center on designing and structuring high-quality training tasks for AI systems. Responsibilities include:
- Writing realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web apps, games, and simulations
- Developing precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type
- Ensuring all rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and can be verified through:
- Screenshot review
- Code inspection
- Designing tasks that test:
- UI behavior
- Logic correctness
- Edge-case handling
- Overall front-end reliability
Ideal Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a solid front-end foundation along with strong technical communication skills.
Required / Preferred Background
- 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development
- OR experience creating technical content related to web development
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Or a related field
- (Advanced degree preferred)
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:
