Position Summary

AnswerNet is searching for a seasoned and highly capable Senior Full-Stack Developer to become an integral contributor within its technology team. This role calls for a developer who can architect, build, and sustain resilient software applications designed to tackle practical business challenges.

Core Responsibilities

As the Sr Full Stack Developer, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of technical and collaborative responsibilities, including:

Full-Stack Engineering

Craft, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using the company’s foundational technologies, including PHP, C#, Python, and JavaScript.

Front-End Collaboration

Work in close concert with front-end specialists to deliver fluid, polished user experiences, particularly through Vue.js (both Vue 2 and Vue 3).

Database Ownership

Play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the data layer by supporting the design and implementation of robust database structures. This includes writing, refining, and optimizing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures that underpin application performance and reliability.

Code Quality & Technical Craftsmanship

Take real ownership of your output—whether that means code, technical documentation, or functional requirements. Produce code that is:

• Clean
• Scalable
• Efficient
• Readable
• Sustainable over time

Team Participation & Peer Review

Contribute actively during code reviews, offering thoughtful critique and constructive feedback. Curiosity is welcomed here—asking sharp questions and respectfully challenging assumptions is seen as part of collective growth.

Proactive Troubleshooting

Bring initiative to the table by spotting opportunities for refinement before they become problems. Diagnose and resolve software defects, performance slowdowns, and engineering bottlenecks. If a roadblock proves stubborn, the expectation is to seek support within 15–30 minutes rather than losing momentum in isolation.

Testing & Automation

Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing is essential. Exposure to automated end-to-end (e2e) testing is considered a valuable bonus.

Agile Delivery

Partner with product owners and key stakeholders to help shape project boundaries, refine scope, and reinforce Agile best practices that elevate delivery speed and team cohesion.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• A minimum of 5+ years in full-stack development
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple technology stacks and programming languages

Technical Proficiency

Back-End

You should possess substantial command of:

• PHP
• C#
• Python
• JavaScript

Front-End

Strong working knowledge of:

• Vue.js
• Practical fluency in Vue 2 and Vue 3

Containerization

Experience with:

• Docker
• Or comparable container-based deployment technologies

Databases

Deep familiarity with:

• SQL
• Database architecture and administration
• Platforms such as:
  • SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL

Cloud Platforms

Comfort with cloud environments, especially:

• AWS

Version Control

Solid command of:
