Job Role
Samsara is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of its EMEA growth engine. This is not a passive role—it demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll lead paid media efforts across multiple channels, crafting campaigns that don’t just perform but scale.
From Google Ads to LinkedIn, from experimentation to execution, you’ll shape the full funnel—driving measurable growth across diverse markets including the UK, Ireland, and Mainland Europe.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive acquisition and expansion across EMEA
- Managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels
- Localizing global strategies to suit regional markets—adapting messaging, tone, and targeting for cultural relevance
- Owning campaigns end-to-end: from ideation and audience segmentation to optimization and performance reporting
- Running continuous A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches
- Leveraging data insights to improve CPA, maximize ROAS, and uncover new growth opportunities
- Analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable improvements
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, Brand, and regional teams to align on goals
- Embedding Samsara’s core values into daily execution while contributing to a high-performance team culture
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns
- Experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple international markets (UKI, DACH, France, Benelux, etc.)
- Strong technical proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and a solid grasp of the B2B marketing funnel
- Experience with MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to manage ad trafficking, tagging, and understand advanced tracking methods including server-side tracking
- A data-first mindset—comfortable using both analytics and intuition to guide decisions
- Proven ability to build and scale performance channels from the ground up
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- High ownership mentality with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree
