Key Responsibilities

Assist in the timely creation and processing of purchase orders for international operations
Accurately review, input, and maintain data across key internal systems
Transfer and upload purchase order information between multiple M&S platforms
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies when needed
Track order progress and proactively flag delays or potential issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and system updates
Maintain clear and organized records in line with company procedures

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Basic data handling skills, including working with spreadsheets and internal systems
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and transferring information between them
Strong organizational abilities, especially when managing large volumes of work
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle time-sensitive processes
Confident communication skills for working with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (or equivalent tools)
