Key Responsibilities
- Support patient engagement by maintaining focus on treatment plans while attentively addressing individual concerns and reinforcing the value of the attending doctor
- Foster a pristine, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment that promotes patient comfort; prepare individuals for procedures and assist dentists to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality care delivery
- Accompany patients between treatment areas and the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Assemble procedural trays and ensure all operatories remain fully stocked; monitor, restock, and requisition supplies as necessary
- Perform additional clinical or administrative duties as assigned by practice leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
- Working familiarity with dental instruments, clinical equipment, and procedural workflows
- Experience with Dentrix is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal aptitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple responsibilities
- High attention to detail paired with a consistently positive and composed demeanor

Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time; Saturday availability is required
- Compensation: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Location: New Windsor, NY
