As Marketing Lead, you will own the firm’s top-line brand narrative and ensure our market presence reflects the caliber of founders we support. At the same time, you’ll function as a strategic marketing partner to portfolio companies—guiding them through go-to-market planning, positioning architecture, launch storytelling, and brand evolution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Shape the Firm’s Institutional Brand

You will design and execute the overarching brand strategy that keeps the firm positioned as a top-tier destination for Web3 founders. From narrative clarity to market perception, your work will define how we are seen by founders, operators, partners, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

Advise Portfolio Companies at a Strategic Level

You will serve as a trusted marketing advisor across our portfolio, helping founders refine their go-to-market approach, sharpen narrative positioning, and orchestrate launches that resonate in a crowded and often volatile landscape.

Drive High-Value Content Creation

You will lead the development of sophisticated, high-signal content that reflects the firm’s conviction and expertise. This includes:

Oversee the Digital Presence of the Firm

You will direct the firm’s presence across major digital channels, ensuring every touchpoint projects a voice that is credible, polished, and future-facing. Whether it’s social, web, long-form content, or ecosystem communications, consistency and strategic coherence will be central.

Build and Manage External Marketing Capacity

You will assemble and oversee a reliable bench of agencies, consultants, and freelancers who can support both the firm and our portfolio companies. This includes vendor selection, creative quality control, briefing standards, and ensuring outcomes align with high-performance expectations.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who brings both gravitas and sharp execution—someone who can move fluidly between boardroom-level strategy and market-facing storytelling.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience, with substantial exposure to the crypto VC or Web3 startup environment
Demonstrated success in brand strategy development and the execution of sophisticated campaigns in fast-moving, high-stakes settings
Strong command of the crypto investment landscape, including the distinct marketing realities of early-stage decentralized protocols
Exceptional communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with C-suite founders and senior internal partners
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing several mission-critical priorities simultaneously
