Flexi Microfinance Bank is currently scaling its Mobile Installment offering across the country and is looking to recruit energetic, customer-oriented Sales Agents to support this expansion. In this role, you will be positioned at assigned 3C HUB retail outlets, where your core responsibility will be to engage walk-in customers, introduce Flexi MFB’s phone financing solution, and guide interested buyers through the application and onboarding journey.

This is a frontline sales role built for individuals who are persuasive, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy retail setting where customer interaction is constant and performance matters.

About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you will serve as the face of Flexi Microfinance Bank at partner retail locations. Your job is not simply to pitch a product—it is to create trust, explain financing options clearly, and help customers secure mobile devices through accessible and flexible repayment plans.

You will be expected to combine strong people skills with sales discipline, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, informative, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Proactively engaging walk-in customers at designated 3C HUB outlets to promote Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing product
  • Clearly explaining product features, repayment structures, eligibility conditions, and financing terms in a simple and professional manner
  • Supporting customers through the onboarding process, including application completion and document submission
  • Responding to customer questions, handling objections, and resolving concerns to create a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with store personnel and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure fast and efficient loan processing and approvals
  • Monitoring and recording daily leads, applications, conversions, and other assigned sales KPIs
  • Following up with prospective or pending customers to drive application completion and final approval
  • Maintaining full compliance with Flexi MFB sales procedures, customer verification protocols, and KYC requirements
  • Representing the Flexi MFB brand with professionalism while upholding strong service standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum qualification of OND, NCE, or an equivalent credential
  • Previous experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with consistent customer engagement
  • Basic understanding of consumer lending and the mobile phone market is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Comfortable using smartphones, digital onboarding tools, and basic computer systems
  • A results-driven attitude with a clear focus on meeting and surpassing sales targets
