Minimum Requirements
To be considered, candidates should have:
- 6+ years of relevant design and art direction experience
- Experience working with technical and product-driven companies
- Experience across a variety of experimental projects that show strength in:

- A strong track record of:
- Independently delivering high-quality work
- Influencing the work of:

Work Setup: Hybrid or Remote
Stripe offers flexibility for this role, which can be based either:
- In office (Toronto)
- Remote in Canada
Hybrid Work Expectations
If you are assigned to an office:
- You’re expected to spend at least 50% of your time in a given month in your local office or with users
This supports in-person collaboration while still maintaining flexibility.
Remote Work at Stripe
If you’re remote:
- You must live 35+ miles (56+ km) from a Stripe office
- You may still attend:

- The expectation is that you will regularly work from home
- Stripe does not cover relocation to a remote location

Compensation & Benefits
