What Will You Do?

As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline connection between Avenue Living Residential and its Prospects or Residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
Converting inbound calls and email inquiries into closed sales opportunities
Addressing resident concerns with care, clarity, and decisive follow-through
Coordinating with field staff to support timely resolution of resident issues
Guiding Residents through the housing options available within Avenue Living Communities
Identifying ways to navigate objections and presenting alternative solutions aligned with Resident preferences and priorities
Creating an engaging, authentic, and reassuring customer journey through active listening and articulate communication
