What Will You Do?

As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline connection between Avenue Living Residential and its Prospects or Residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
  • Converting inbound calls and email inquiries into closed sales opportunities
  • Addressing resident concerns with care, clarity, and decisive follow-through
  • Coordinating with field staff to support timely resolution of resident issues
  • Guiding Residents through the housing options available within Avenue Living Communities
  • Identifying ways to navigate objections and presenting alternative solutions aligned with Resident preferences and priorities
  • Creating an engaging, authentic, and reassuring customer journey through active listening and articulate communication

What Will You Need?

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a blend of technical fluency, interpersonal finesse, and a genuine appetite for growth. Preferred qualifications include:

  • High-level familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
