About the Role
The Design Support Specialist (DSS) is the frontline of our sales engine. This role is not traditional cold calling or hard selling. You will focus on speed-to-lead, first contact, qualification, and scheduling for homeowners to connect with our Design Consultants.
You will exclusively work with high-intent inbound leads generated through our marketing and content efforts. Success is measured by responsiveness, call quality, booking rate, and show rate.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Conduct short, value-focused qualification calls
- Identify project readiness, timeline, and fit for RTA solutions
- Schedule qualified homeowners with RTA Designers
- Maintain accurate notes and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
- Follow clear call scripts, workflows, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate closely with Designers and Sales Leadership
- Uphold a high-quality customer experience through clarity, honesty, and service

Preferred Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of appointment-setting experience or 2+ years of sales experience in high-volume outbound, inside sales, or call-center environments

- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency: CRM, email, calendar tools
