Software Developer – Remote (UK)

Role Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, you will:

Design, build, and maintain integrations across a variety of platforms, including at least one of the following: Mailchimp, Ramp, SAP, Slack, Stripe, ServiceNow, Intercom, Salesforce, CDrive, Asana, Razorpay, Basecamp, Buffer, Box, PagerDuty, Sentry, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Gorgias, Zendesk, or custom applications
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve internal workflows and boost productivity
Lead technical planning sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues quickly to maintain strong performance, reliability, and system stability
Create clear documentation and training materials to support system adoption and knowledge sharing across teams
Identify opportunities to improve existing tools, integrations, and processes for better efficiency and long-term scalability
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form

We’re looking for someone who brings both strong technical capability and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment.

Proven expertise in integrating and developing solutions for at least one major platform such as Mailchimp, Microsoft Teams, SAP, Slack, Gmail, Stripe, ServiceNow, Intercom, Salesforce, or similar cloud-based systems
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong hands-on experience with API integrations, cloud services, and third-party application workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity
A proven record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
The ability to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and guide implementation from idea to deployment
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset

While not required, the following will make you stand out:

Experience working in environments that rely on multiple SaaS platforms at the same time
Certifications or advanced training in cloud integration, automation, or related technologies
Previous leadership experience in cross-functional teams or distributed/remote teams
