The Opportunity
As YouTube Video Editor, you’ll take raw footage and transform it into cohesive, emotionally powerful long-form narratives.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own the editorial process for long-form YouTube content designed to move audiences deeply.

- Shape story arcs using:
- Pacing

- Emotional rhythm
- Identify and elevate authentic, vulnerable moments that create genuine connection
- Collaborate with producers to refine:
- Tone
- Storytelling direction
- Emotional delivery
- Deliver polished final videos and any supporting creative assets
- Maintain organized project files and meet consistent delivery timelines
- Use audience insights and retention data to improve performance while preserving emotional authenticity
- Balance subtlety and restraint with editorial decisions that still land powerfully
