About the Role
We’re hiring a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who brings more than just technical ability. We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful in their storytelling, intentional in execution, and deeply committed to quality.
This role is perfect for a creative professional who can take simple concepts and transform them into compelling visual stories. You should be someone who works independently, takes ownership seriously, and consistently delivers polished, high-quality results without needing constant follow-up.

What You’ll Do
As a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will:
- Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns
- Edit a wide range of video formats, including talking-head videos, short-form reels, ads, podcasts, and branded content
- Turn simple concepts into well-structured, compelling video narratives
- Contribute to creative direction and content ideation, not just execution
- Apply trends thoughtfully so content feels current while staying aligned with the brand’s identity
- Use AI tools where helpful to improve efficiency and output, while ensuring the final result still feels natural and human
- Collaborate with the team during brainstorming and planning sessions when needed
- Deliver work that is timely, polished, and aligned with brand standards
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing
- A strong portfolio of video projects (required)
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
- The ability to blend motion design and video editing in a seamless, purposeful way
- A strong understanding of social media content, audience behavior, and engagement trends
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines without needing repeated follow-ups
- Clear communication skills and prompt responsiveness to messages and feedback
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality work
- Openness to feedback and the ability to apply it constructively
