A growing data organization is looking to hire a Data Analyst III to join its enterprise reporting team. This position is central to the design, upkeep, and evolution of enterprise-level reporting structures that support critical business visibility.

Key Responsibilities

As Data Analyst III, you will be expected to:

  • Architect dashboards with longevity in mind, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, and easy to maintain as business demands shift
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and refinement of dashboards, preserving data precision, performance quality, and business relevance
  • Modernize and improve existing BI assets by integrating fresh data sources, updated business rules, and stakeholder input
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives, including metadata upkeep and reporting documentation
  • Design, develop, and sustain scalable data models that power dashboards, reporting systems, and deeper analytical workflows
  • Support data transformation, modeling, and automation to elevate reporting speed and operational efficiency
  • Help collect, clarify, and refine reporting requirements from finance, compliance, and broader business teams
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks to safeguard reporting trustworthiness
  • Create streamlined processes for data extraction, transformation, and reporting delivery
  • Assist in building automated reporting pipelines that reduce manual intervention and improve consistency
  • Investigate reporting variances across dashboards and reports, ensuring KPI alignment and metric accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective adjustments in dashboards or data models
  • Produce and maintain reporting on essential business indicators tied to governance, finance, and operational performance
  • Present insights and findings clearly to product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders through polished reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3–4 years of experience in a role such as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a comparable analytics-focused position
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, preferably using tools such as DBT
  • Familiarity with GitHub and the ability to manage source control effectively using branching strategies and development best practices
  • Strong experience building dashboards and reports using platforms such as:
    • Tableau
    • Sigma
    • Power BI
    • Looker
  • A customer-obsessed, experience-led mindset, with a sharp focus on outcomes and data-backed decision-making
  • Experience thriving in high-growth environments
  • A proven ability to work closely with stakeholders, build trust, and prioritize strong working relationships
  • A structured, logical, and analytical approach to solving problems

Compensation

  • Salary Range: £45,600 – £72,000 per year

Compensation is determined based on job-related expertise, technical capability, and relevant experience, and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s geographic location within the UK.

In addition to base salary, remote employees may also qualify for a home office setup stipend.
