Core Responsibilities

Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive workplace environment
- Ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes and internal workflows
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, travel schedules, meetings, and conference arrangements
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling priorities while ensuring efficient time management for leadership
Administrative Coordination
- Support senior management with operational and administrative responsibilities as required
- Prepare and refine reports, presentations, official correspondence, and business documents with exceptional accuracy and professionalism
Digital Presence & Brand Support
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to strengthen the organization’s online visibility and audience engagement
- Support the creation and distribution of advertising and promotional materials
Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events ranging from internal strategy meetings to large-scale conferences and official engagements
Project Oversight
- Monitor and occasionally supervise multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and project coordination capabilities
Leadership & Team Guidance
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to junior administrative personnel
- Encourage a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace culture
Communication & Relationship Management

Decision-Making Support

Required Qualifications

- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Or another Social Science-related discipline
- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative leadership role
- Previous experience in office management and event coordination
- Leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience will be considered highly advantageous
- Strong proficiency with:

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- ERP, HRMS, or Project Management systems
- Social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- Fluency in both Hausa and English is mandatory
