A reputable counselling and consulting firm based in Abuja is seeking a disciplined, emotionally intelligent, and results-driven professional to support the CEO. This role blends executive assistance with digital presence management, requiring both structure and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s social media presence and overall online brand identity
Respond to emails, attend to online clients, and ensure consistent follow-up
Coordinate daily and weekly schedules, avoiding conflicts and overlaps
Maintain clear communication with clients via phone and digital channels
Prepare and submit weekly reports; participate in virtual meetings and presentations
Conduct tasks independently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness

What We’re Looking For
