Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the GMD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and official correspondence
  • Serve as the first point of contact for executive communications and requests
  • Organize and maintain confidential records and documentation
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing official communications and press materials

Operations & Coordination

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple projects
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements
  • Liaise with teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Support logistics, reporting, and operational follow-ups

Strategic & Project Support

  • Conduct research and prepare analytical reports for executive decision-making
  • Assist with strategic initiatives managed by the Office of the GMD
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Draft professional emails, reports, and official documents
  • Represent the GMD in meetings when required and document action points
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders across industries and sectors

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:
