Job Overview
In this role, precision becomes your signature. You will handle structured data entry tasks that require both speed and unwavering accuracy, ensuring that healthcare-related information is captured, processed, and maintained without distortion.
The work demands rhythm—balancing efficiency with meticulous attention, while navigating multiple tasks within a disciplined workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter shell claims into the DG system with consistent accuracy
- Maintain a typing speed of no less than 60 words per minute to sustain productivity
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications alongside Ten Key input methods
- Manage concurrent tasks without compromising quality or timelines
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and uninterrupted power supply for continuous workflow
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry or closely related functions
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with Ten Key data entry systems
- Ability to maintain consistency, reliability, and adherence to structured schedules
Preferred Edge
- Exposure to DG systems and Adobe Pro
- Prior experience within healthcare claims processing environments
- Working knowledge of HCFA 1500 and UB claim forms
- Familiarity with RX, wellness documentation, and superbill processing
