Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous alignment with the General Manager and shift leads to ensure fluid day-to-day operations
  • Oversee ordering processes in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring inventory continuity
  • Support scheduling efforts and assist in workforce planning
  • Uphold operational standards, ensuring compliance with Toastique’s service and quality expectations
  • Ensure each workstation remains fully equipped and ready during operational hours
  • Intervene promptly to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Execute and delegate assigned tasks efficiently across the team
  • Support catering operations and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor product preparation, ensuring accuracy in toasts, smoothies, and bowls
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, reinforcing operational excellence
  • Conduct inventory checks and communicate stock levels proactively

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the hospitality sector
  • Completion of required training programs relevant to the role
  • Valid Food Safety Manager Certification
  • At least one (1) year of full-time experience within Toastique or a comparable small restaurant environment
