Job Overview
This position calls for a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative who can navigate operational tasks with both accuracy and consistency. Functioning as a critical link between sales operations, inventory systems, and customer communication channels, you will ensure that processes flow without friction.
While the role is structured and procedural, it demands attentiveness, adaptability, and a steady hand in managing multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Returns Coordination
- Accurately process domestic and international orders within system frameworks
- Manage quotation entries and ensure timely execution
- Handle return requests, including credit processing and DOA AWRs within a 48-hour window
Inventory & Order Oversight
- Monitor inventory levels within ERP systems and communicate realistic lead times
- Conduct routine audits to ensure order accuracy and completeness
Sales & Administrative Support
- Respond to CRM inquiries within 24 hours, maintaining clarity and professionalism
- Attach purchase orders to shared systems and maintain proper documentation
- Manage incoming calls—answering, transferring, or conferencing as required
- Participate in product training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-building activities
- Update CRM records with accurate case resolutions and status tracking

Experience & Education
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar support or administrative role

Work Environment & Physical Considerations
This role involves regular interaction with office tools, computer systems, and communication devices. Tasks may require standing, sitting, or light physical movement throughout the day. While the environment is typically moderate in noise and controlled in structure, occasional exposure to operational or mechanical elements may occur.
