Job Overview
Cresta is seeking a Motion Graphics & Video Editor capable of transforming complex enterprise software into visually compelling narratives that feel intuitive, cinematic, and strategically persuasive.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, animation, product marketing, and design systems. You’ll build polished motion experiences that simplify sophisticated product functionality while elevating the company’s visual identity across campaigns, launch materials, product explainers, social media, and digital marketing channels.

- High-impact motion graphics for:
- Product walkthroughs
- Feature launch videos

- Stylized UI animations that convert static product screens into fluid, engaging narratives
- Visual storytelling systems that support go-to-market strategies and product education
- Scalable motion templates, workflows, and reusable creative toolkits
Core Responsibilities
- Design and animate sophisticated 2D motion graphics aligned with Cresta’s brand identity
- Translate abstract concepts and technical product features into visually digestible storytelling sequences
- Transform raw product recordings, screenshots, and interfaces into polished animated experiences
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, product marketers, producers, editors, and designers from ideation through final delivery
- Own the full production lifecycle, including:
- Creative intake
- Storyboarding
- Editing
- Animation
- Versioning
- Final rendering and delivery
- Maintain and expand an organized internal library of reusable product marketing video assets
- Ensure creative consistency across multiple platforms and content formats
- Maintain clean project structures, naming conventions, render presets, and workflow documentation
- Support occasional long-form edits, remote interviews, and content repurposing projects
- Stay informed on emerging production technologies, including AI-powered creative workflows and automation tools
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional motion graphics experience within marketing, branded content, or product storytelling environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Motion design
- UI animation
- Brand storytelling
- Timing and transitions
- Composition and pacing
- Advanced proficiency with After Effects or Fusion
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, especially within motion graphics pipelines
- Intermediate-level editing skills using Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of animation fundamentals such as:
- Timing
- Anticipation
- Spatial rhythm
- Visual hierarchy
- Composition
- Deep familiarity with digital content formats across social, paid media, and online platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to technical and creative detail
- Strong troubleshooting instincts across both production and creative challenges
- Comfort translating enterprise software concepts into repeatable explainer-style content
Preferred Experience
- 6+ years of motion graphics experience
- Expert-level command of After Effects or Fusion
- Experience incorporating 3D workflows using:
- Blender
- Cinema4D
- Maya
- Stronger proficiency in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- Cinematic storytelling sensibilities with elevated brand awareness
- Experience integrating AI-powered tools into creative production workflows
- Background working within B2B or enterprise technology environments
