Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly influence customer satisfaction and operational excellence, including:
- Elevating the overall client experience through responsive and solution-focused support
- Collaborating with clients and their teams to uncover technical complications and recommend practical resolutions
- Reproducing, diagnosing, and independently investigating reported platform issues
- Partnering closely with development teams to identify malfunctions and document bugs through internal support systems
- Becoming highly proficient with Ventrata’s communication and support channels, including Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk platforms
- Assisting new clients during onboarding procedures and system data uploads
- Supporting internal departments with operational assignments extending beyond standard support duties when necessary
