Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will oversee a broad range of executive and operational support functions, including:
- Delivering day-to-day administrative support for multiple partners and their respective teams across both remote and in-person settings
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other client-facing deliverables
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and scheduling logistics for leadership teams and staff members
- Managing reporting activities and reviewing client invoices using the firm’s practice management systems
- Developing operational proficiency across internal platforms such as Workday, WYN, and LCvista while supporting practice staff with system guidance and training
- Organizing internal and external meetings including conference room preparation, video conferencing arrangements, catered meals, and event coordination
- Supporting administrative projects and operational initiatives across multiple consulting practice areas
- Maintaining regular communication with professionals at all organizational levels
- Assisting with office-level operational support within the Southfield location
Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Additional higher education or college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within administrative or executive support roles, ideally within professional services environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a strong client-service mindset
- Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexibility to occasionally work beyond the standard 40-hour workweek due to the non-exempt nature of the role

For candidates located within Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts, the compensation range for this role is:
- $22.82 – $37.21 per hour
