Core Responsibilities

The selected professional will contribute significantly to operational workflows, documentation management, and healthcare data validation initiatives. Daily responsibilities may include:

Collaborating with Optum and State subject matter experts to gather, interpret, and document business requirements through comprehensive BRDs
Conducting both internal and external walkthrough sessions for business requirement documentation while securing stakeholder approvals
Developing, updating, and maintaining T-MSIS Source-to-Target mapping documentation
Preparing and refining Detailed System Design documents (DSDs) to ensure technical precision and alignment
Supporting Optum SMEs with the evaluation of test cases and interpretation of testing outcomes
Executing MAR and T-MSIS operational cycles, including balancing procedures and validation activities
Participating in strategic and operational meetings while recording notes, tracking discussions, and ensuring timely completion of assigned action items
