Core Responsibilities

The selected creative professional will oversee full-spectrum video production and post-production responsibilities, including:

Production & Filmmaking

  • Managing end-to-end production workflows including concept development, pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery
  • Producing a broad range of content formats such as:
    • Cinematic brand films
    • Product demonstrations and explainers
    • Paid advertising creatives
    • Social-first short-form videos
    • Podcast content
    • Event recap productions
    • Media and news highlight packages
  • Operating professional cinema or mirrorless camera systems alongside gimbals, sliders, and motion equipment
  • Designing and executing advanced lighting setups across studio shoots, interviews, location productions, and product-focused filming sessions

Editing & Post-Production

  • Delivering polished edits rapidly without compromising visual quality or storytelling integrity
  • Editing podcast episodes including audio cleanup, music integration, chapter markers, and export preparation
  • Creating highlight reels and social clips from media appearances, interviews, and press coverage
  • Producing motion graphics, lower thirds, animated titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
  • Performing advanced color grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro to achieve cohesive brand aesthetics
  • Managing post-production pipelines including proxies, project files, exports, and asset libraries

Collaboration & Creative Development

  • Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, stakeholders, creators, and external partners to execute compelling creative concepts
  • Translating rough briefs into fully realized visual narratives with minimal supervision
  • Remaining informed on evolving platform trends and adapting content strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional video production and editing experience
  • Advanced proficiency with:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Final Cut Pro

    • Or similar professional editing platforms
  • Strong expertise in camera operation, framing, composition, and advanced lighting techniques across both studio and location environments
  • Experience producing diverse content styles including cinematic storytelling, commercial campaigns, social-first media, and podcast/audio-focused productions
  • Motion graphics and animation experience using Adobe After Effects
  • Strong color grading capabilities within DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
  • Experience with audio editing and mixing using tools such as Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or Hindenburg
  • Familiarity with storyboarding, scripting, influencer collaborations, and creative concept development
  • Photography and drone operation experience
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or lightweight design workflows
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities within deadline-driven environments
  • Commercial agency, in-house brand, or production studio experience
  • A powerful portfolio demonstrating versatility across branded, cinematic, commercial, digital, and social-first content
