Join South Shore Retirement Services as a Part-Time Appointment Setter

If you are eager to sharpen your career trajectory while playing a meaningful role in a client-centered financial environment, South Shore Retirement Services may have the right opening for you. Based in Hingham, MA, this thriving financial practice is seeking a Part-Time Appointment Setter who can skillfully connect with prospective clients and help transform early interest into meaningful conversations.

This is not a cold-calling grind. Instead, you will be reaching out to individuals who have already interacted with the firm through various marketing channels and have demonstrated genuine curiosity about the company’s services.

A Lead-Nurturing Role Built on Warm Interest

Unlike roles rooted in unsolicited outreach, this position centers on engaging warm leads—people who have already shown intent through the firm’s established marketing ecosystem. That interest may stem from:

  • Educational workshops and seminars
  • Webinars
  • Radio campaigns
  • Television advertising
  • Social media outreach
  • Website inquiries
  • YouTube content
