About the Role
As a Growth Data Engineer, you will build and own the systems that ensure marketing performance is accurately measured, attributed, and optimized.

Make sure data flows cleanly and reliably between the product, data warehouse, CRM, and ad platforms, so that every marketing dollar can be tracked from first touch all the way to revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is highly hands-on and operationally important.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
- Build and maintain marketing attribution systems, including:
- UTM tracking
- User journey mapping
- Conversion mapping
- Implement and manage 1st-party data passback to ad platforms, such as:
- Conversions
- Revenue
- LTV signals
- Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure across major platforms, including:
- Google Tag Manager (client-side + server-side)
- Google Ads Enhanced Conversions
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API
- TikTok
- Other advertising platforms
- Set up and maintain conversion events and event schemas across systems
- Ensure consistent event definitions and naming conventions across:
- Product
- CRM
- Ad platforms
- Build and manage audience sync pipelines
- Integrate CRM and warehouse data into ad platforms for optimization, including:
- Offline conversions
- Lead stages
- Revenue events
- Operationalize new marketing experiments, including:
- UTM structures
- Tracking parameters
- Campaign measurement setup
- Debug and resolve tracking and attribution discrepancies between:
- Ad platforms
- CRM systems
- Data warehouse outputs
- Build and validate marketing and pipeline dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting
- Implement privacy-safe tracking, including:
- Consent Mode
- CMP integrations
- Partner closely with:
