You will work across the full stack, contributing to product workflows that matter, while gradually expanding into broader technical ownership. The environment appears especially well-suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, likes moving quickly, and enjoys turning half-formed product ideas into dependable software.

Because the product is AI-adjacent and user-facing, this is also a rare chance to work on something that is both technically modern and commercially consequential.

What You’ll Own

As a Fullstack Developer, your scope will cover both backend architecture and frontend delivery.

Core Responsibilities

You will:

  • Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end fullstack systems that power key product workflows
  • Build clean, scalable backend services and APIs with strong contracts, clarity, and maintainability

  • Participate in data modeling and help improve database performance, including:
    • Schema design
    • Query tuning
    • Long-term maintainability
  • Work closely with product and design to transform ambiguous ideas into shipped, usable systems
  • Maintain engineering quality through:
    • Code reviews
    • Testing
    • Continuous refinement
  • Help diagnose and resolve production issues
  • Contribute to better reliability, stability, and observability
