About the Role
As a Front-End Developer, you will become a key member of the technical team, helping design and develop scalable, user-focused web applications. This role combines hands-on coding with architectural decision-making, allowing you to shape front-end standards and best practices across projects.
You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and fellow developers to create seamless digital experiences while ensuring applications remain secure, maintainable, and high-performing.
The position also offers a hybrid work structure, giving employees the flexibility to balance remote work with collaborative onsite sessions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing modern front-end architecture using industry best practices
- Building scalable and maintainable applications with:
- React
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and design departments
- Mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Managing API integrations and optimizing data flow within applications
- Driving performance improvements to enhance speed, responsiveness, and user experience
- Staying informed about emerging front-end technologies and introducing innovative practices into workflows
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in front-end web development and scalable application design
- Advanced knowledge of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Understanding of component-driven architecture and state management principles
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Knowledge of UX design principles and collaboration tools like Figma
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
