Salary Structure

Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative / Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive product sales and expand the company’s customer base within your assigned territory.
Key Duties
You will be expected to:
- Promote and sell company products to:
- New clients
- Existing customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in your assigned area
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers
- Close deals quickly and professionally
- Meet both:
- Personal sales targets
- Team sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Submit regular performance and activity reports
This is a classic field-sales role, so candidates should be prepared to be active, visible, and customer-facing throughout the workday.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants should have:
