What You’ll Do

Support customers with account setup and onboarding through phone, email, and live chat
Walk users through platform features, ensuring they feel confident navigating and using the tools
Respond to questions about functionality, advertising options, and general platform use with clarity and confidence
Apply basic knowledge of social media, cryptocurrency, and digital wallets to assist users effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall experience
Maintain accurate customer records through data entry across CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of relevant customer service or support experience
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and engaging across all channels
Confidence in multitasking, organizing tasks, and managing priorities without losing focus
A foundational understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and AI tools
Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
