About the Job
This opportunity invites a technically adept Back-End Engineer to operate at the core of application architecture—where logic, performance, and scalability converge. You will be entrusted with shaping the invisible framework that powers seamless digital experiences, ensuring systems remain robust, efficient, and resilient under pressure.
Working alongside front-end engineers, designers, and key stakeholders, you will help translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing backend solutions that quietly drive the entire product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and refine server-side logic along with API integrations across diverse programming environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, production-ready web applications and software systems
- Design and maintain database structures with a focus on integrity, security, and performance optimization
- Investigate and resolve system issues, debugging and restructuring code to improve clarity and long-term reliability
- Contribute to system architecture decisions while producing clear and structured technical documentation
- Implement rigorous testing strategies to safeguard code quality and ensure adequate coverage for mission-critical components
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience building sophisticated backend systems and scalable web applications
- Strong command of one or more of the following technologies: Python, Node.js, .NET, C#, C++, PHP, or WordPress development
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, RESTful API design, and server-side architecture
- Proficiency in database management, including both SQL and NoSQL systems, with a solid grasp of data modeling and performance tuning
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, enabling structured and collaborative development workflows
