Job Overview
We are seeking a capable, results-oriented Sales & Customer Relations Lead to anchor both revenue growth and customer engagement operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on requiring leadership of sales initiatives while simultaneously ensuring that customer experience remains polished, responsive, and deeply human-centered.
You will guide the sales function, refine engagement strategies, and ensure that every client interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy Execution
- Lead and coordinate the sales team toward defined performance targets
- Design and deploy sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Track performance metrics and optimize conversion pathways
Customer Relations Excellence
- Serve as a primary custodian of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Manage client concerns, feedback loops, and service resolution processes
- Ensure a seamless, trust-driven customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support
Business Development & Opportunity Mapping
- Identify emerging market opportunities and potential partnerships
- Support expansion initiatives through structured outreach and relationship building
Training & Team Development
- Conduct training sessions for sales personnel and customer-facing teams
- Mentor team members to strengthen product knowledge and interpersonal effectiveness
- Build a performance-driven yet collaborative team culture
Sales Process Support
- Oversee end-to-end sales workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Support deal closures and maintain pipeline discipline
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated success in sales and sales management roles with measurable target achievement
- Strong communication and client engagement capabilities
- Proven ability to train, guide, and elevate team performance
- Experience in automotive or electric vehicle sectors will be considered a strong advantage
