Kora is searching for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to anchor its Innovation Team—a technically versatile builder capable of translating ambitious concepts into functioning products with speed and clarity.
This role extends beyond implementation. You will guide architecture, coordinate engineering execution across frontend and backend systems, and help shape experimental products emerging at the crossroads of AI, automation, fintech, and blockchain infrastructure.
You are expected to think like both an engineer and a product architect—balancing rapid iteration with long-term technical integrity.
What You’ll Lead
- Direct the engineering strategy behind innovation-driven initiatives and experimental products
- Build and refine full-stack applications spanning web interfaces, APIs, integrations, and databases
- Convert business concepts into structured technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Coordinate frontend and backend engineering workflows to ensure cohesive delivery
- Define scalable architectures, database structures, API conventions, and engineering standards
- Drive rapid prototyping, MVP launches, and pilot deployments from concept through execution
- Conduct code reviews, remove engineering bottlenecks, and elevate delivery quality
- Ensure systems remain secure, maintainable, and performance-oriented as they evolve
- Explore practical applications of AI, blockchain, automation, and payment technologies
- Support sprint planning, testing, release preparation, and technical documentation
- Mentor engineers while cultivating a culture centered on ownership, experimentation, and speed
Required Expertise
- Strong professional background as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Solid frontend experience using frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or comparable ecosystems
- Strong backend proficiency with Node.js
- Experience building APIs, integrations, dashboards, internal systems, or customer-facing platforms
- Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent technologies
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices
- Strong grasp of software architecture, scalability, security, and system performance
- Ability to coordinate engineering dependencies across frontend and backend teams
- Clear communication skills paired with strong technical documentation habits
- Comfort operating within fast-moving, innovation-heavy environments
Preferred Edge
- Exposure to AI systems, workflow automation, fintech, blockchain, or SaaS products
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, orchestration layers, or intelligent automation systems
- Familiarity with digital wallets, stablecoins, smart contracts, or broader Web3 infrastructure
- Experience leading MVPs, prototypes, pilots, or early-stage product initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration experience spanning product, AI, design, business, and data teams
