Job Overview
Mido Drilling Systems is currently seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to join its Lagos office in a full-time, on-site capacity.
This role is designed for a polished professional capable of delivering high-level administrative and executive support while ensuring smooth coordination between leadership teams, employees, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational structure, managing schedules, organizing strategic activities, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will oversee a wide range of administrative and coordination-related functions, including:
- Providing comprehensive executive and administrative assistance to company leadership
- Managing calendars, appointments, and executive schedules efficiently
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring seamless communication flow
- Handling expense reports and administrative documentation accurately
- Supporting confidential assignments and strategic business initiatives
- Facilitating correspondence between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day office coordination and operational tasks
- Assisting executives with organizational planning and priority management
Required Qualifications
