Key Responsibilities

As part of this engineering function, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and modern web technologies
Build high-quality embeddable UI components that integrate efficiently with internal APIs
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver refined and dependable user experiences
Ensure applications remain performant, responsive, and visually seamless across diverse environments
Participate actively in agile development cycles, contributing to continuous delivery initiatives
Provide constructive feedback during code reviews while maintaining exceptional engineering standards
Assist in debugging, issue resolution, and post-release application improvements
Contribute toward technical documentation, testing procedures, and configuration updates where necessary
Explore emerging technologies and methodologies to strengthen development workflows and product innovation
Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams across Payroll and HR business divisions

Building scalable APIs and backend services using C#, .NET, and Node.js

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong commercial experience in frontend engineering with a focus on React and accessibility standards
Practical software development expertise involving C#, .NET, and/or Node.js technologies
Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot as a productivity-enhancing development companion
Proven capability building and consuming APIs and backend services
Familiarity with AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and DocumentDB
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices
Experience with Git version control systems and CI/CD deployment pipelines
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills within fast-paced engineering environments
Ability to balance autonomy with effective teamwork
