What You’ll Do

Manage and nurture customer relationships through CRM systems, ensuring all interactions and preferences are accurately recorded
Track engagement levels, monitor satisfaction metrics, and identify opportunities to strengthen retention
Gather and interpret customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels—translating insights into actionable recommendations
Draft clear, professional communications including emails, follow-ups, and targeted engagement campaigns
Apply foundational sales and negotiation skills when working with corporate clients, supporting renewals and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement retention strategies that reduce churn and increase lifetime value

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline
1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport, manage multiple interactions, and resolve concerns effectively
Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
Must be based in Abuja, with flexibility for hybrid work
