Job Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will stand at the intersection of service and strategy—ensuring that every customer interaction reflects efficiency, empathy, and value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, manage multiple interactions, and resolve concerns effectively
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Must be based in Abuja, with flexibility for hybrid work
