About the Job

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

2–4 years of experience in video production, marketing, or related creative fields
Strong storytelling and video editing abilities
Advanced proficiency with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
Additional experience with the following is considered an advantage:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Familiarity with audio production tools such as:
- Pro Tools
- Sequoia audio software
Experience creating social-first and digital marketing content
Understanding of audience engagement analytics and content optimization
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Passion for community storytelling and public media initiatives
