About the Job
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) plays a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager and driving overall store success. In this position, you’ll work closely with the sales team, engage directly with customers, and help deliver a premium in-store shopping experience that reflects Pandora’s brand values.
This role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys coaching teams to exceed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage long-term brand loyalty
- Help drive sales performance and exceed store KPIs and commercial targets
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team goals
- Provide real-time feedback and support to improve team performance
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational retail standards
- Assist with recruitment efforts for seasonal and permanent team members
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand consistency throughout the store
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-performance retail or sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and business awareness
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire retail teams
- Familiarity with:
- Microsoft 365
- Retail point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $23.50 – $29.40 per hour (based on experience)
