Work Schedule

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Palmdale, California time)

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will support various digital and operational initiatives, including:

  • Creating, scheduling, and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Conducting targeted research to identify potential podcast guests and collaborators
  • Assisting with podcast content organization and production coordination
  • Supporting website updates and digital content maintenance
  • Designing and organizing marketing materials, templates, and informational booklets
  • Assisting with content development for an established author with multiple published books
  • Supporting international branding initiatives and campaign strategies
  • Managing tasks within the Go High Level CRM, including marketing automation workflows
  • Providing general virtual assistant support when required
