Position Summary

Xpansiv is seeking a Data Analyst to support the development and maintenance of data-led intelligence that shapes strategic business decisions across the organization.

This role centers on extracting, analyzing, validating, and presenting a broad spectrum of business and product data across Evident’s product portfolio. The successful candidate will transform raw information into actionable intelligence, helping improve operational performance and sharpen decision-making across the business.

Working collaboratively with teams across multiple functions, the Data Analyst will gather business requirements, identify relevant data sources, perform cleansing and validation procedures, and ensure that all analytical outputs are grounded in integrity and precision.

Core Responsibilities

Advanced Data Analysis

The role involves deep exploration of substantial datasets to uncover meaningful business intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting complex analysis of large and diverse datasets to reveal patterns, trends, anomalies, and correlations
• Evaluating data across multiple geographies, timelines, and product categories
• Producing insight that supports potential expansion into new geographic markets and product verticals

Data Extraction, Cleansing & Predictive Modeling

The Data Analyst will work with business intelligence and analytical tools to build reliable, forward-looking models.

Key duties include:

• Using tools such as Tableau and other relevant platforms to extract, clean, and structure data
• Developing predictive models of business performance
• Applying machine learning techniques and algorithms where suitable to support forecasting and analytical depth

Dashboarding & Reporting

A major part of the role is converting data into intelligible narratives for decision-makers.

This includes:

• Designing and implementing dashboards and visual reports that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations that translate technical findings into concise, actionable business intelligence
• Helping operational and leadership teams make informed decisions through well-structured data storytelling

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The role is highly collaborative and requires an ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• A BSc degree, preferably in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical capability with a naturally inquisitive mindset that can uncover value hidden within complex datasets
• A careful, structured, and methodical approach to work, with consistent attention to data integrity
• The ability to operate independently, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and understand the needs of varied business functions

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience working with databases and SQL
