What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll serve as a key support pillar across multiple digital marketing functions, helping the team execute campaigns that are both strategic and commercially effective.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development, refinement, and scheduling of email campaigns and newsletters designed to stimulate conversions and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Supporting the rollout of on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, attract stronger search traffic, and lift ranking performance.
  • Using Excel to gather, interpret, and present campaign metrics such as email open rates, website visits, and conversion outcomes.
  • Applying AI-powered tools to accelerate content workflows, uncover stronger messaging angles, and surface emerging digital marketing patterns worth acting on.
  • Helping maintain and refresh website pages, banners, and landing pages to align with ongoing promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product introductions.
  • Tracking competitor marketing activity and assisting with the adoption of fresh digital tactics across multiple acquisition and engagement channels.

What We Are Looking For

TalentPop is searching for someone who can blend creativity with commercial awareness—someone comfortable moving between content, data, and execution without losing precision.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing, campaign coordination, or content-related work, ideally within an e-commerce setting.
  • A practical grasp of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search visibility techniques, and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and editing ability, with the capacity to produce messaging that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data, monitoring performance, and conducting basic campaign analysis.
  • A highly organized, self-directed work style, with the ability to juggle several priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Technical Requirements

To perform effectively in this remote role, applicants should have access to the following:
