This role is ideal for an engineer who has repeatedly taken ownership of complex systems end-to-end and can demonstrate strong technical judgment across the full stack. You should be comfortable solving genuinely difficult problems—not just implementing features—and understand the trade-offs, architecture, and long-term implications of the solutions you build.
We expect a high level of autonomy, strong product thinking, and the ability to drive features from concept through to production with minimal oversight.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:
- Design and build end-to-end product features across both backend and frontend
- Work with AI development tools (primarily Claude Code and Cursor) to accelerate delivery
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services using .NET / ASP.NET Web API
- Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React (ideally with TypeScript)
- Work with cloud infrastructure, with Azure as the preferred platform
- Collaborate closely with:
- Product teams
- Designers
- Data teams
- Contribute to system design decisions and continuously improve architecture over time
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities into products and internal workflows
What You Can Do

- Can design solutions, not just implement requirements

- Can break down and solve real-world technical problems
- Has practical experience building and shipping production-grade systems
- Is comfortable working across the stack (backend + frontend)
- Is curious about AI tools and has practical exposure to AI-assisted development or integrations
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Strong full stack development experience across backend and frontend
- Solid hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Web API
- Frontend experience with React (TypeScript preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- APIs
- Databases
- System design
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Testing practices
- Modern software development workflows
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- AI / LLM integrations
- Automation workflows
