About the Job

As a Social Services Expert, you will join as an Expert Contributor and use your real-world experience to help create high-quality task data that trains and evaluates advanced AI systems.

The goal of the project is to improve how AI responds to realistic requests — the kinds of things people genuinely ask for help with in daily life. While AI is already capable of handling many factual questions, it still struggles with more practical, human-centered tasks that require context, judgment, and lived understanding.

Your role will involve helping bridge that gap by designing and documenting authentic task flows that reflect how people naturally engage with AI tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this position, you will:

Claim tasks from a pool of 100+ real-world archetypes or common activities that users frequently ask AI to assist with.
Work on practical, everyday scenarios such as volunteering, daily planning, routines, reading, household activities, museum visits, and other real-life experiences.
Write a clear, realistic user prompt for each assigned task.
Complete the task yourself while recording your screen, showing how the task would be carried out in a real-world setting.
Create a detailed evaluation rubric that can be used to measure how effectively an AI system performs the same task.
Help ensure that AI systems are being trained and assessed against human-quality standards, not just theoretical or generic outputs.
