Google ADS Expert – Remote

Astria Learning is hiring a Google Ads Expert for a full-time remote role within its marketing team. This is not a passive campaign management position for someone who simply launches ads and waits for results. The company is looking for a performance-driven paid media specialist who lives and breathes metrics — someone who thinks in ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and Quality Score, and treats every advertising dollar with the same care as personal capital.

If paid search is your discipline, not just another line on your résumé, this role offers the chance to take real ownership of growth at a global ed-tech company.

About the Job

The Google Ads Expert will lead Astria Learning’s paid search and paid media strategy across the full suite of Google platforms. This is a high-accountability, data-first role where success is measured by hard business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

You’ll have the autonomy to build, test, optimize, and scale campaigns that directly influence business growth. From awareness to conversion, you’ll shape the full funnel — with clear responsibility for performance and the freedom to iterate based on evidence.

What You’ll Own

In this role, you will take full responsibility for:

  • Campaign Strategy: Designing and managing a full-funnel Google Ads strategy across all major campaign types.
  • Performance Optimization: Making daily, data-driven decisions around bids, budgets, targeting, placements, and creatives.
  • Conversion Intelligence: Owning the tracking ecosystem, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion event integrity — because if it is not measured, it does not count.
  • Growth Experimentation: Running structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding models, and landing pages to continuously compound performance gains.
