Location: Canyon Country, California (On-site)
Contract Duration: 7 Months
Pay Rate: $67.11 – $71.94 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Management Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across business operations. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights by applying analytical techniques, improving data quality, and supporting reporting systems throughout the full data lifecycle.

You will work closely with business teams to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and ensure that data is accurate, structured, and actionable. Your work will directly support strategic decisions by turning information into insight.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques
  2. Generate ongoing reports and insights to support business decision-making
  3. Design and implement data collection systems to improve efficiency and data quality
  4. Extract, clean, and maintain data from multiple primary and secondary sources
  5. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within large datasets
  6. Review reports, outputs, and system indicators to detect and resolve data or code issues
  7. Collaborate with management to define priorities and align data solutions with business needs
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across data workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analysis or data management (financial services experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data mining techniques
  • Experience working with reporting tools, SQL databases, and programming languages such as JavaScript and ETL frameworks
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and large dataset analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar)
  • Strong ability to query databases, build reports, and present findings clearly

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
  • 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and training

Compensation Note

This position is expected to pay between $67.11/hour and $71.94/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
