What You’ll Shape and Deliver
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product leaders and designers, contributing to the evolution of Huspy’s Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal. Working within a modern, innovation-driven environment, your efforts will directly influence the scalability and performance of systems that power real-world transactions.
Core Focus Areas:
- Hands-On Engineering:
Take an active role in the codebase, owning critical technical deliverables while setting a high bar for engineering craftsmanship - Engineering Excellence:
Champion best practices in software development, ensuring clean architecture, resilient systems, and sustainable code quality
Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that stand the test of growth and complexity - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner seamlessly with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution of shared objectives
Technology Stack:
Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS
