Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the tracking of agreements, critical documents, and milestone deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Support compliance-related initiatives while coordinating seamlessly with external advisors
  • Assist in financial operations, including audits, reconciliations, and documentation management
  • Maintain well-structured, cloud-based filing systems that prioritize clarity and accessibility
  • Prepare and coordinate board-level materials, ensuring governance processes run smoothly
  • Manage executive inboxes and calendars while ensuring timely follow-up on key action items
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and external service providers to maintain operational continuity
  • Monitor task progression, ensuring deliverables are completed within established timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles
